We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and passionate Support Coordinator to join our team in the Gold Coast area, from Tweed Heads to South of Brisbane.

🌟 About the Role
As a Support Coordinator, you will work with NDIS participants, families, and service providers to ensure individuals receive the best possible support tailored to their unique needs. You will guide them through their NDIS plans, connect them with services, and ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Assist participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans.
✔ Connect individuals with NDIS-registered and non-registered providers.
✔ Help participants develop skills to navigate their supports independently.
✔ Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure quality outcomes.
✔ Provide accurate reports and documentation in line with NDIS requirements.
✔ Advocate for participants, ensuring they receive the best support possible.
✔ Work autonomously while collaborating with the iKare team and stakeholders.

📝 What You Need to Join Us
🔹 Diploma in Community Services, Disability, Social Work, or a related field.
🔹 3-4 years of experience in NDIS, disability support, or case management.
🔹 Strong understanding of NDIS language, funding structures, and reporting.
🔹 Proactive, independent, and solutions-focused mindset – we love "doers"!
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
🔹 Driver’s License & reliable transport (preferred).
